MLO Three-Day Bootcamp

This mortgage loan officer’s training bootcamp is a live online seminar with a live instructor and presents not only all the many and important subjects that mortgage loan originators need to know to be successful and close more home loans but also gives you insights into what, how, and the why of mortgage loan origination. Each day will offer opportunities to ask questions and engage with other active participants. This boot camp is for three consecutive days, starting on Monday at 8:30 AM to Wednesday ending each day at 12:30 PM. (4 hours) You must attend all three days and complete your state licensing requirements to be offered state sponsorship by PHILANYA, INC. Day 1: Introduction to Fundamentals Day 2: Sales and Client Interaction Day 3: Advanced Topics and Practical Application The cost of this training is $299. If you attend all three days, and complete the State of Florida licensing requirements, and are sponsored by PHILANYA, INC., you will be reimbursed for your license fees and the cost of this course upon closing your first loan with PHILANYA, INC. As of 12/28/2024, total license costs are $410.25 which includes: a. $195 Florida application fee b. $30 NMLS processing fee d. $36.25 Federal criminal background check e. $24 State criminal background check (Florida) – paid to the service provider f. $15 Credit Report fee g. $110 National Exam fee All fees collected through the NMLS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. Refunds will not be given for the three day boot camp. We will gladly reschedule a future date.
