Yahoo this past Wednesday announced that more customers' personal data may have been compromised by a forged cookie believed to have been used in 2015 or 2016. The cookie was discovered during the continuing investigation into the company's September 2016 breach, and all Yahoo users will be notified if they are potentially affected.
